  • ABAP: Provide ABAP development and implementation experience, configuration, and sustainment support for SAP modules and the Navy ERP system in all phases of deployment and deployment lifecycle. Knowledgeable of RICE – (R)eports, (I)nterfaces, (C)onversions, (E)nhancements. Responsibilities include ABAP development and performance analysis, testing, issue analysis, triage, debugging, job scheduling, execution, monitoring, and issue resolution. Coordinate with RFCs, defects management, workflow and PI integration. Develop implementation experience in SAP modules such as SAP Financials and SAP Supply.

  • Agile: Provide project management support for accomplishment of a specific task, group of tasks, or small project(s). Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable Schedules and assigns work to subordinates, ensures assigned personnel fully understand their functions, monitors progress, and resolves discrepancies to ensure compliance with work/quality standards and contract/task order requirements, and prepares or provides input to management reports.

  • BASIS: Apply expertise to the delivery of BASIS administration services to the client. Design and implement SAP environments to meet database performance, manage the availability of underlying databases and servers, and manage production landscapes. Evaluate updates and patches as required, manage disaster recovery systems using Oracle Dataguard, and administrative system and end-user security using SAP profile configurator and related transactions.

  • BI Solution Engineer: Business Intelligence Solutions Engineers are responsible for translating high-level requirements into effective business intelligence solutions. Work involves assessing, modeling, implementing and deploying business intelligence solutions. Tasks include data modeling, business intelligence optimization, technical product assistance, tuning/optimization, and deployment support. Also responsible for evaluating and selecting business intelligence software and hardware, including those used for database management, extract-transform-load (ETL), middleware, reporting, query, analysis, and data mining

  • BW: Provide SAP configuration and documentation support in Navy ERP's Business Warehouse (BW)/business intelligence technical solution. Design and build BW functionality from functional/business requirements. Requires experience in RICE, BI Portal, and SAP integration through internet & mobile technologies. Responsible for maintenance of reporting environment, including batch job monitoring, applying patches, clean up traces, system log maintenance, reboots, upgrades, etc. as well as documentation of BW configuration, design, and implementation elements. Additional responsibilities include process chain configuration, monitoring, and error resolution.

  • Celonis Functional or Technical: Provide Celonis functional support and subject matter expertise. Develops business process dashboards and reports from source data identifies as-is processes and presents output to stakeholders. Designs and configures Celonis applications as required from a functional perspective. Analyzes source data identifies inconsistencies and recommends process improvements based on SAP standards. Develop SOPs and trains end users. Works with Celonis data engineers to enable techno-functional capabilities as required.

  • Cutover Management: Provide leadership to the members of the cutover team while working with the other technical managers and senior management. Responsibilities are leadership to the cutover team, estimating Change requests for Change Control Board review & approval, working with program analyst and business management team on Integrated Master Schedule, developing and reviewing variance report, participating in compliance audits and other related activities, and supporting other teams (fielding, implementation, and sustainment).

  • Data Management/Modeler/Analyst: Provide support for Navy ERP’s data service requests, including documentation, integration, and coordination (including support for PMO, EA, Functional Teams and Technical Teams), report generation, and the maintenance of architecture views. Conduct data archiving, migration, conversion, extracts, validation, and reconciliation. Work with customers, system architects, and software developers to perform system analysis and promote knowledge of and re-use of existing objects, components, and sub-systems. Perform logical and physical object modeling. Assist application architects in development of candidate architecture for a specific sub-system or functional area that fits into the enterprise architecture. Communicate and implement OO design standards and practices. Provide database support to all members of the project team. Performs database analysis, conversion loads, reorganizations, verifications, recoveries, and general maintenance support. Provide application support during development and testing. Provide production database support. Review logical and physical design of existing databases and makes recommendations for modifications to ensure optimum operation efficiency. Monitor the operational databases at production sites for the purpose of identifying problems of database availability, efficiency, validity, and security.

  • DBA: Provide process guidance on SAP requirements and design and audit readiness. Applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments for SAP workloads. Evaluates performance results and recommends changes affecting project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others. Requires strong organization and communication skills.

  • DevSecOps: Collaborates with team members and contributes/presents at Agile/SAFe ceremonies. Has good understanding of SAP SDLC method. Has experience in SAP DevSecOps processes and tools. Develop System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) document. Collaborates with team to identify innovation opportunities, then works with project and/or Project Management to plan out and execute against agreed upon plan. Evaluates performance results and recommends changes affecting project growth and success. Functions as both a functional and technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.

  • Enterprise Architect: Develop architecture products using the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF). Utilize the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) modeling standard and use architecture modeling tools to generate reports and maintain architecture views. Document business process flow diagrams, defining the objects and flows in a manner that is clear and understandable to multiple audiences with a wide range of technical understanding.

  • ePS Consultant: Develop, test, and deploy an interface between Navy ERP and the Navy’s Electronic Procurement System (ePS). Create functions for error handling and financial reconciliation, and interface with EPS data exchange “handshakes” including purchase verification and funds requisition. Ensure compliance with Procurement Data Standards (PDS) and Purchase Requisition Data Standards (PRDS).

  • FISCAM/Cybersecurity: Work to address high profile audit readiness concerns at Navy ERP. Work with the PMO, ROM team, senior audit and cyber compliance team members, and client audit leaders to understand and analyze audit readiness needs. Audit needs may be generated from audit findings (Notice of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs)) and known unfunded audit requirements. Draft Rough Order of Magnitude (ROMs) outlining scope of work, level of effort, and technical approach for future audit remediation work. Evaluate and consider technical solutions to support audit readiness.

  • MDG: Configure, design, build, test, and deploy the core SAP MDG solution and ensure it works seamlessly. Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Accenture Master Data Governance offerings and SAP Digital Core.

  • Middleware: Utilize AG WebMethods 9.x Integration Server and related technologies to document and communicate integration designs aligned to business requirements. Responsibilities include source control, bug tracking, use of automated build tools (Jura and Jenkin), and the use of standard object/ relational databases such as Oracle and SQL. Required experience includes knowledge of web services security, Java, and XML.

  • OCM/Training: Conduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses. Develop and revise these courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs. Prepare all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids). Prepare all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars. Prepare visual information maps. Conduct knowledge capture sessions and develops innovative methodologies for accelerating time to knowledge and capabilities when onboarding new staff.

  • Process Engineer: Collaborate with team members and contributes/presents at Agile/SAFe ceremonies. Has good understanding of SAP SDLC method. Has experience in SAP DevSecOps processes and tools. Develop System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) document. Collaborate with team to identify innovation opportunities, then works with project and/or Project Management to plan out and execute against agreed upon plan. Evaluate performance results and recommends changes affecting project growth and success. Serve as both a functional and technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.

  • Project Manager: Provide business, technical, and personnel management to subordinate groups of technical and administrative personnel across multiple disciplines such as engineering, application program and systems development. Responsible for the overall, day-to-day management of a specific task order or group of task orders affecting the same or related/interdependent systems. Schedule and assign work to subordinates and subcontractors and monitors progress and resolves discrepancies to ensure compliance with work/quality standards and contract/task order requirements. Ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order(s) are implemented within estimated timeframes and budget constraints. Report to the Program Manager, contractor management, and government representatives.

  • QA/Tester: Execute regression test scripts in a Quality Assurance environment in order to support releases. Load test plans to validate functionality, review design and technical packages to ensure quality and compliance. Maintain automated test scripts, provide testing metrics, and utilize WorkSoft technology.

  • Release Management: Responsible for managing the complete software delivery life cycle. Work with the team from the planning phase to the deployment phase through the development and testing phases.

  • RICE/ABAP: Designs and develops computer software applications and/or database systems, participates in large systems and subsystem planning, ensures adherence to product build schedules, release schedules, and project strategies, oversees testing and debugging components and modules, leads the development of technical documentation and often leads interdisciplinary teams with responsibility for project performance. May evaluate problems of workflow, organization, and planning, develop appropriate corrective actions, and prepare and perform presentations at technical interchange meetings and project design reviews.

  • RPA Functional or Technical: Provide ABAP - Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and implementation experience, configuration, and sustainment support for SAP modules and the Navy ERP system in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Responsibilities include ABAP development and performance analysis, testing, issue analysis, triage, debugging, execution, monitoring, and issue resolution. Coordinate with RFCs, defects management, workflow, and PI integration. Develop implementation experience in SAP Financials and SAP Supply.

  • SAP Solution Architect: Thorough knowledge in SAP Infrastructure with emphasis on SAP Basis, Security, Change management, SAP Integration technologies, Development Workbench, Memory management, and Workload management within SAP CCMS. Well-versed with SAP Data Dictionary, SAP Solution Manager, Transport management and Oracle physical design for SAP. Knowledgeable with the HP-UX UNIX, Oracle RDBMS, and Windows 2000 and 2003 platforms. Knowledgeable in Web Infrastructure, SAP Integration Layers and NetWeaver Architecture. Experience in SAP Sizing, Workload characterization and Capacity Planning. Strong communication skills both oral and written, with all levels of the organization. Excellent teamwork skills, including working with internal and external departments and organizations; Experience with virtual, cross-functional teams with track record of delivering results.

  • Scheduler: Develop, maintain, analyze, and status schedules, resource analysis, critical path analysis, work authorization, baseline change requests, variance analysis. Assist Control Account Managers in development of scope, schedule, and budget for control accounts.

  • Technical Architect: Enhance and update technical architecture (ex. hardware, software, network, data components etc.) for an SAP ERP operating environment. Diagnose and mitigate technical issues that adversely impact the systems, while working with data centers to maintain a good operational posture. Relevant experience includes the execution of COOP for backup and recovery of production environments, and the management of technical architecture to satisfy all cyber security requirements mandated for the DOD or the DON CIO.

  • Tivoli: Schedule, test, and manage SAP jobs through the Tivoli job scheduling tool. Document, report, and escalate the triage job failures to the appropriate teams, as well as the assessment of impacts to scheduled jobs due to external forces (e.g., hardware or application failure, interface outages).

  • User Management: Provide roles security, design, and authorizations for SAP infrastructure. Contribute to development lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, testing (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post-production support of custom and standard roles supporting SAP modules. Troubleshoot roles security issues and provide customer support.
